Feel free to come out to our flying field at Portland (preferably on a Saturday or Sunday morning) to check out what we do. We're always happy to assist potential new members and answer any questions you may have. Flying starts around 10 a.m. and can continue until later in the  afternoon, weather and football league games calendar permitting.

We're located at the Portland Recreation Centre, McGill Rd, Portland, Whangarei, NZ

Travel toward the Golden Bay Cement Company on Portland road, turn right into McGill Rd.  After Approx. 50 m the road goes under a covered aerial conveyer. Almost  immediately, to the left, is a gravel pull off area. The entrance to the recreation centre is through the gate situated here. If  locked, this most likely means that no members are on site at that time.
